I was working for the GM pension fund, an institutional LP, as an analyst, doing a research project on consumer private equity and venturecapitalinvesting. Assume you have the right factors to get angelinvestment: experienced team, good product-market fit, growth potential, defensibility, and a reasonable shot at a successful exit.
