An energy-draining leadership flaw. It turns out, though, that being a safe and selfless self often drained my energy, creativity and productivity. Not adding complementary and creative skills. Saying what I thought I should, rather than what I believed. It also got in the way of me doing my job. It made me better.

I saw those that had the fortitude to deal with nuclear winter and find a way to plow ahead anyways and not lose energy.
