A lot of schools talk about "access to faculty" as a driver of why startups should involve themselves in school programs, incubators, and competitions. Kick the faculty out. The faculty should be, too.

I don''t really get that if I show up to an event where I''m just in the crowd and only get to meet the person next to me, behind me and in front of me.
