When mHub opened its doors in Chicago seven years ago, the vision was to create a traditional incubator for people making things. It would involve a prototyping lab, offices, sharedworkspaces, meeting rooms and classrooms. mHub supports startups both through its incubator and its accelerator program.
Every time I talk to someone about the work we do at Founders’ Co-op , I have to first explain that we don’t really care about technology or business ideas per se. We have lots of opinions about how those groups can best use the tools available – technology, capital, ideas – to achieve their goals. This has not been our experience.
