Creativity. So I thought I’d write a post about how I drive my personal creativity. (A As a practitioner of creativity rather than as an instructor of it I’m certain that there are many ways to get the creative juices flowing and how to release more creativity. I use tools to invoke my creative self.

Beyond the To-Do List In BE 2.0, Collins draws a critical distinction that transforms how we approach work: Tasks are things you do; responsibilities are outcomes you own.
They’re imagining coming into your office to explain an issue they’re having and trying to figure out whether you’ll be just reasonable, or even better, super creative about solutions, or so petty that they’ll immediately start looking for the next job. Well, they’d know it if you wrote a book, of course!
