During our March Quarterly Conversation, affiliates discussed the challenges moving from individual entrepreneur support organizations to a collaborative, community-based model. Seeking feedback from your network and involving them in your initiatives encourage buy-in, and ultimately makes your partnerships more effective.

We asked Aaron Houghton of EO Colorado to share how he overcame burnout and developed a unique solution, Dory, to help him master mental resilience, which grew into the world’s largest community dedicated solely to stress reduction for entrepreneurs. Mindset work involves planting and fostering supportive thoughts and beliefs in our minds.
He investigated successful models, like Toca Boca, downloaded every top educational app on the App Store, and played alongside his two sons, carefully observing and absorbing their feedback. He spent a year and a half researching the educational app market and discovered it was (and is) a market that really lacks for quality brands.
