Last week’s Forward Cities conference in Pittsburgh highlighted the need for equity and inclusion in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The statistics presented included infant mortality, maternal mortality, reduced life expectancy, educational achievement gap, income gap, school suspensions and discrimination in banking and finance.
