In many companies corporate culture is never explicitly defined, but rather implied. Culture is defined through the satisfaction of the employees and the clients, the way the office is set up, and the benefits offered to employees. Creating a strong company culture has become a priority for many leaders over the last decade or so.

I think it''s likely that it will unfocus the company and what it definitely does is eliminate the possibility of exiting for anything less than two and a half billion dollars. I just respectfully don''t see the same opportunity as her investors do, and I reserve the right to be 100% wrong. I''ve been wrong many times before.
