Want to map your entrepreneurshipecosystem but don’t know how to get started? Note: I originally published this article in 2019 to share my lessons-learned from mapping a local ecosystem. I’ve added some of those insights here while I work on a more comprehensive resource guide to mapping entrepreneurshipecosystems.

In the ensuing years, entrepreneurship in America struggled to recover. At Forward Cities we are working with a growing number of communities to foster cross-sector teams committed to strengthening their equitable entrepreneurialecosystems.

Simultaneous to program delivery, the program convenes the E3 Alliance, a group of local organizational leaders working collaboratively to advance the local entrepreneurialecosystem. DataCollection 1 year follow-up survey for E3D participants, starting August 2025 with rolling deployment through February 2026.
